 Course Description: 
This consists of a one day SAN education course emphasizing technical fundamentals of fibre channel technology, SAN applications. Focused on the knowledge required to plan and implement a SAN. 

The course format is instructor led training as well as a case study lab exercise designed to guide the student through an actual SAN assessment and San needs analysis. 

This course is highly recommended for IT professionals responsible for seeking data storage solutions for data mining, on line transactions processing, imaging, data warehouses or any other highly data intensive applications. 

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to define SAN, SAN vs. NAS, San topologies and components, and be familiar with solutions enable by SAN technologies.
